What's a V/TO?

The Vision/Traction Organizer is the two-page strategy doc at the heart of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). One page captures long-horizon vision — core values, 10-year target, marketing strategy, 3-year picture, 1-year plan. The other page captures near-term traction — this quarter's Rocks and the running Issues List.

Are these Apple's / Nvidia's / etc. actual V/TOs?

No. These are illustrative. They're written from public information — 10-K/10-Q filings, earnings-call transcripts, product announcements, and news — as if the company ran on EOS. They're a useful strategy artifact and a fun read; they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies profiled.

How often are they refreshed?

Every 90 days on visit (quarterly refresh), and once each company's fiscal year end passes (annual refresh, with the long-horizon sections re-authored).

How is a V/TO built when I visit an uncached ticker?
